“Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande.
Pulizie giornaliere accurate.
Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo.
Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè.
Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...

“If you have a loved one residing at Orange City Nursing & Rehab, this is an excellent place to stay because it is 1.3 miles away. There is free parking and a reasonable free breakfast, a room with a mini fridge and microwave, free coffee (including decaf)/tea anytime, and a small gym and pool. It is near a Target and Walmart to help with anything you have forgotten. “We couldnt stay at the hotel. After each use they cleaning staff sparys something into the room, my wife has a strong nose, we checked out 2 rooms, and she could not stay there because of the smell. They credited the room because we couldnt stay which was nice of them.”

“The room was very nice. Better than I expected. BUT the bathroom had some dirty spots and the floor was sticky. The hotel has great access to the beach. But make sure you arrive early because parking is limited.(additional parking is across the street from hotel).”

“I will post pictures. The outdoor area was very nice and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The inside was another matter. Peeling paint, rusty chairs and doorknobs, quick cheap fixes to electrical outlets and a bathtub that was so old that no matter how much it was scrubbed, the dirt would never come out. I doubt these fixes are up to code. One elevator was horrible...vinyl flooring that was coming up, puddles, dirty walls etc.

“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed.
Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place.
The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early.
The bedroom door does not isolate from the corridor, and all the noises and voices of other guests are heard.
Finally, the price paid, which does not include breakfast, was very expensive.

“If you want an affordable boutique getaway I highly recommend this. Location was walkable to shops and the beach. Bed was comfortable, room temp was cool. Our room had water view. Restaurant was waterfront with 20% off with stay. Food was great. Rooms were adorable. It’s an antique vibe. Free parking and breakfast were big plus. Disappointed that The Spa pool and waterfall were not available to hotel guests without spa service.”
